Outcome
This project pushed our motion design capabilities forward. It also proved that deep creative research pays off, the space theme didn't just sit on top of the product, it became part of how the keyboard's features were told and felt.

Approach
To integrate the space theme meaningfully, we did extensive research into how it could show up across backgrounds, animations, and transitions, not just as set dressing, but as part of the visual language. For the motion and pacing, we built a strict workflow starting from storyboards to 3D animatics, giving us a clear view of timing and flow before any final animation began.

Challenge
The biggest creative hurdle was making the space theme feel native to the product rather than just decorative. Alongside that, the fast-paced edit demanded complex motion and transitions that had to feel seamless despite the rapid pace of the cut.
Project Brief
A self-initiated mock ad for the Nova 80, a concept RGB gaming keyboard. The brief was simple, take a product and a theme and build a compelling ad around it. We chose space. The result was a high-energy, dynamic video featuring nebula backdrops, starry environments, and lightspeed travel visuals, woven together with quick cuts and short punchy scenes to highlight the Nova 80's key features, RGB lighting and customisation, hot-swappable switches, Bluetooth and 2.4GHz connectivity, dedicated media and special keys, and its premium build and performance.
